AIPU FOOD’s caramel color and ethyl maltol can be applied to bakery products as required. Caramel color, which appears as liquid or powdered state, can satisfy client’s requirements for coloring bakery products. For reaching the homogeneous coloring, we recommend that mixing caramel color and other liquid raw materials altogether before making the products. In biscuit application, caramel color plays an important role in color enhancement for products and color aberration reduction among batches of products in industrial manufacturing. Obviously, compared to using cocoa powder for coloring merely, caramel color can simultaneously offer products brownish-black appearance and save cost effectively. Depending on clients’ different requirements, we can specially provide corresponding products of powdered caramel color, liquid caramel color or flavored syrup products.


Ethyl maltol has unique luscious odor and it can be applied to various bakery products. We provide two types of ethyl maltol for options, the one is original fruit-flavored, the other one is special caramel-flavored. The application amount of ethyl maltol is low, thus dissolving ethyl maltol in other liquid raw material before use is essential (please refer to product introduction).
